i really great way, i think, to handle pickyeaters, is to make them part of the dinner planning, or meal planning process. and ifyou have one child or more than one child and their both kind of close in age, or oldenough to participate, i would have them take turns at creating a menu for dinner. and aslong as it's reasonable healthy, i would go ahead and indulge it. you know, have everyoneget a night where they get to pick a menu
perfect diet for picky eaters, item and go ahead and create a little menuand you can help your kids and make a fun little project out of it, and then that'swhat will be served that night. and everybody can have a turn. and you can also have yourchildren help you prepare the meal. of course, as a rule, you always wash your hands beforeyou eat. and that goes every single day. there
are obvious reasons for that. and teach yourchildren the importance of eating with clean hands. but you know, have them come into thekitchen and the night that they choose their meal, the night that you're using their menu,go ahead and let them help you prepare it to whatever extent that they can, dependingon what their ages are. i think that that will really create sort of a fun atmosphereand it will create a meal that your child will want to eat. because obviously, theyplanned it themselves. and that's just another tip to try to get those picky eaters to eatsomething for once and for all.
