hi, my name is clint schambach, i am a stlouis personal trainer and fitness bootcamp instructor in st louis mo. everyone wants to know the best nutritionplan out there. you see things advertised constantly, new diets, old diets revamped,on and on. so which ones actually work and what works best.


best crash diet in a week, in truth, they all work to some extent, andnormally will work really well if you follow it as specified. but that’s not really thepoint, who cares how much weight you can lose in the next 4 weeks on some crazy crash dietif you can’t stay on t long term. most of us aren’t worried about looking good foronly 1 weekend out of the year. i’m not


saying there aren’t certain occasions wereally want to look good, weddings, class reunions. but the real key is looking goodall the time. the best diet or nutrition plan out thereis the one you can actually stick to long term. everyone is different, they have differentlikes and dislikes, and actually certain diets work better for some body types. but noneof that matters if you can’t stick to it. think of it more as a lifestyle change, ratherthan a diet. instead of just eating good for 4-8 weeks, learn how to eat good for the restof your life. weight loss doesn’t matter if you gain it right back. if you say youlost 40 pounds in 2 months, only to gain it back over the next 6 months. what did yougain? nothing probably, and weight fluctuations
